Production site

  • approx. 170,000 m²
  • two hall complexes equipped with cranes and a surface area of approx. 25,000 m²
  • technical equipment for carrying out sophisticated processes, including two color spraying and coating systems

 

Product dimensions and weights

Our production is optimized for the following dimensions:

  • capacity: tank volume from 1 to 150 m³ workshop-manufactured
  • dimensions: up to 6.5 meters diameter and 43 meters length
  • unit weight: up to 100 tons
  • plate thickness: up to 200 mm

 

Manufacturing facilities

  • 2 four-roll plate rolls with a width of 4 m each
  • autogenous cutting machine with CNC control, 4 x 32 m cutting table, 2 cutter heads with 3 torches each
  • high-performance submerged arc welding systems with 1 to 3 wires
  • 2 color spraying and coating machines with a length of 35 m each
  • swivel-mounted welding positioner up to 30 t load capacity
  • blasting machines with a maximum length of 35 m
  • continuous blasting machine for plates up to a width of 3.2 m
  • heavy-duty bridge cranes in the halls with a load-bearing capacity of up to 45 t / crane
  • sheet metal stockyard covered by cranes
  • forklift trucks up to a load-bearing capacity of 16 t
  • 2 reach stackers with a load-bearing capacity of 50 t each
